How do I get started?Â
Yes. I'm currently in-network with Aetna, Capital Blue Cross, Carelon, Curative, Highmark, Independence, and BCBS. I'll help to verify your insurance and provide a co-pay estimate before we get started.
For out-of-network plans, I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. You are also welcome to choose the private pay option.
53-60 minute sessions are $170.
I accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can also use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) funds to pay for your sessions.
Yes, I offer a free fifteen minute phone consultation where we can talk about what you're looking for, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether I might be the right person to support you. I recognize that reaching out can feel vulnerable, and I'm here whenever you're ready.Â
The consultation call is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll ask a few questions to help to get a sense of what prompted you to reach out and I'll share about my approach to therapy. You're also welcome to ask any questions that you have for me. If you're planning to use insurance, I'll help you to verify your coverage and provide a co-pay estimate. If it feels like a good fit, we can schedule a first session to get started. You can also take some time to think about it or I can offer resources if another type of support or provider would be more helpful.
I offer virtual sessions on a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. If you have an infant at home, they are welcome to join us.
For clients using insurance, I offer virtual therapy in Pennsylvania.

The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology across state boundaries. As a PSYPACT authorized psychologist, I am able to see clients who are located in PSYPACT participating states.
Yes. Research suggests that virtual therapy is as effective as in-person therapy. We can discuss during the consultation call whether virtual therapy feels like a good fit for you!Â
Yes, I am dedicated to providing a safe and affirming space for the LGBTQIA+ community. I recognize that being LGBTQIA+ can bring its own hurdles to a family-building journey, and I would be honored to help you navigate these challenges. Everyone is welcome here!
I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) and am licensed in Pennsylvania. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship in Reproductive Psychology. Reproductive Psychology is a discipline of health psychology which includes the emotional and psychological aspects related to reproduction, spanning pre-conception (including fertility challenges), pregnancy, and postpartum.
The easiest way to get started is to schedule a free consultation. If it feels like a good fit, we can go ahead and schedule an intake session to get started. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out and I am happy to help however I can!
