My background
I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I maintain a specialization within reproductive mental health, particularly supporting those experiencing perinatal (during pregnancy and postpartum) mood and anxiety disorders, traumatic birth, infertility, fertility treatments (IVF/IUI related to infertility, third party reproduction, fertility preservation/egg freezing, genetic reasons/PGT-M/PGT-SR), and loss. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship in reproductive psychology at ChristianaCare’s Center for Women’s Emotional Wellness where I had the privilege of working with patients across the reproductive lifespan alongside their medical teams. Throughout my training and career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including OB/GYN and infectious disease clinics, private practice, VA medical centers, and community mental health centers. These experiences have deepened my passion for supporting individuals through reproductive mental health challenges, anxiety and mood concerns, and the emotional complexities of living with chronic illness and navigating life’s transitions.
